SUMMARY

The bandwagon effect will grow

because of the addition people and resources

that will feed into the synergistic systems.

As this gathering force is focused,

it will readily be recognized as momentum.

As it is used to fulfill Our Stewardship University’s purposes and mission

it will be channeled into expressions that are healthy and helpful.

This mighty force will be aimed at the targets of

surviving, thriving, improving, and reproducing.

(Note that Reproduce is the next phase.)

COMMENTS

Those associated with Our Stewardship University will be treated as responsible adults. They will be gently encouraged to join us in fulfilling our mission

of cooperatively harnessing technology for educational purposes.

Also they will be invited to use the products and services of OSU

for personal and professional growth.

Therefore we can confidently believe and expect today

that there will surely be a strong presence of momentum.

During this phase, the leadership of OSU will be addressing issues like:

balance, harmony, integrity, congruence, fairness, etc.

Such delicate matters will have short-term and long-term effects.

We know that success breeds success.

So, gaining and maintaining success will grow easier with success.

But other factors will come into play.

IF top quality people have been enrolled, well trained and effectively integrated, and

IF there is great communication throughout the organization, and

IF the costs and prices have been kept profit oriented;

THEN great and increasing success in assured (in the short term) and

THEN awesome and mighty power will become available for use and/or abuse. (because the many energies are blended into a massive and dynamic matrix).

With this momentum, it is possible to mess up in a big way.

IF attention is not paid to: cash flow, the bottom line, people, product quality,

customer service, ethics, legal matters, etc.

THEN disaster could occur suddenly and/or slowly OR

THEN the energies can become scattered, self-canceling, contaminated, diluted, etc.

When momentum is achieved and maintained,

it will likely be like both riding a tiger and

steering an ocean going ship.

(very exciting while very risky).

That is why checks and balances must be designed into the systems and

they must be used!

Also the purposeful targets mentioned in the summary

need to be kept in sight (surviving, thriving, improving, and reproducing)
